” The Job Description”

  1. Lead the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints.
    A. The primary constraints are scope, time, and budget.
    B. The secondary challenge is to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and apply them to meet.
  2. Review with a technical team needed MP and logistics.
  3. Review the contract to study the scope, acceptance criteria, Invoicing requirements.
  4. Kick-off meeting with the project sponsor, vendors, and stakeholders.
  5. Develop a Project management Plan Document (PMP).
  6. Develop a detailed project schedule on MS Project.
  7. Follow up with the vendor tasks Progress.
  8. Follow the within-house team on the project’s progress.
  9. Report to the steering committee with project progress, Milestone achievement, Risk update, and Budget update.
  10. Weekly meeting with the project team to ensure that all teams have all needed updates.
  11. Business background related to services banking areas (Finance –bank’s operation – compliance – risk – Capital Market).

    Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or quivalent experience in related field with business back ground.
  • Experience in MS Visio & MS projects.
  • Experience in managing User acceptance testing.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional Certification).
  • Experience in handling projects for the following applications is a Plus [Flexcube v12 , workflows systems (CRM, SharePoint, Jupiter) , ORACLE ERP , RPA process].
