1-Provide expert level support and troubleshooting for software applications, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
2-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth functioning of web applications.
3-Proactively monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization measures for enhanced user experience.
4-Assist in the design, development, testing and deployment of new software features and enhancements.
5-Maintain documentation for support processes, technical issues, and solutions.
6-Conduct regular performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure applications can handle current and future user demands effectively.
7-Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects, escalating issues when necessary.
8-Provide technical Guidance and mentorship to Junior support engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
9-Work Closely with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with third-part applications and services.
10-Participate in on-call support rotations to address critical issues outside of regular business hours.
11-Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to software support and web applications.
12-Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, tools and Knowledge base to enhance the overall support experience.
13-Assist in the design and implementation of monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify potential issues and prevent service disruptions.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software support and web application management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to applications and databases.
- Powerful Knowledge of web technologies, databases ( SQL and NoSQL) and preferable Knowledge of programming languages (e.g Java, Python, Java Script).
- Preferred experience with elastic (Elastic search) or similar search and analytics platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced , dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
