Sr. Cisco Collaboration Engineer (Resident Engineer)

” The Job Description”

• Resident engineer is required for 6 Month to support the operation of the cisco collaboration systems. Below are some of the tasks but not limited to :

1. Add/ remove users and phones.
2. Configure new or modify existing.
3. Troubleshooting.
4. UC system troubleshooting.
5. UC system management and reporting.
6. UC system enhancement.
7. 7Integration with voice gateway and other required systems.
8.  Support contact Center.
