1-BSc/BA Degree in a related field.
2- Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or similar role.
3-Possess related certificates, such as CompTIA A+.
4- Proficient in MS Office and IT-related applications.
5-Prior experience in Installation and maintaining of end-user devices and software.
7-Test application programs on end-user devices.
8-Test network connections.
9-Train end users when new software or IT regulations.
10- Ability to respond to ad hoc and urgent requests.
11- Good skills and abilities in the following:
• Troubleshooting skills
• Interpersonal communication skills (written and oral)
• Work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Bilingual (written and oral)
• ITIL Foundation certificate
