” The Job Description”

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies, including brand positioning, personality, and messaging.
  • Define and lead the creative concept and art direction for branding projects, websites, and digital platforms.
  • Translate client needs and business objectives into clear, actionable plans for digital projects (websites, interactive platforms, landing pages, etc.).
  • Oversee the work of the design team (Brand, UI/UX, Motion, Content) and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and client workshops to understand challenges and define the creative direction.
  • Review, refine, and approve creative deliverables before client presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team (Full Stack, DevOps) to ensure digital products are implemented according to the intended brand identity and user experience.
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows, methodologies, and overall creative quality.

    Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in branding, creative design, or digital project leadership, preferably within a branding or digital agency/studio.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams or managing website and digital platform projects.
  • A strong portfolio that includes:
    1. Real branding projects (Brand Systems, Brand Guidelines).
    2. Digital projects such as websites or platforms (Web Experiences, Digital Platforms).
  • Strong understanding of:
    1. Brand Strategy & Positioning.
    2. UX thinking and customer journeys.
    3. User experience fundamentals for websites and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively use AI tools for ideation, research, workflow organization, and creating presentations or documentation more efficiently.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience working with startups or SaaS products/platforms.
  2. Experience facilitating strategic workshops with clients.
  3. Basic understanding of web technologies and digital stacks to communicate effectively with technical teams.
