Sr. Application Performance Monitoring Engineer

” The Job Description”

1. Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco AppDynamics agents for Java, .NET, and other supported Platforms.
2. Monitor application performance, business transactions, APIs, and user experience.
3. Analyze performance bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analysis for incidents.
4. Configure dashboards, alerts, health rules, and reports based on business KPIs.
5. Work closely with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to resolve issues.
6. Support production and non-production environments.
7. Ensure monitoring best practices and continuous improvement of observability processes Provide documentation and operational knowledge transfer when required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in APM or application monitoring roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco AppDynamics.
• Good understanding of application architectures (microservic.es, web, APIs).
• Experience with Java, .NET, and middleware environments.
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience working with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
