Full-Stack .NET & OutSystems Developer

” The Job Description”

1. Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain scalable business applications using .NET and OutSystems.
2. Develop robust backend services, APIs, and business logic using C# / .NET.
3. Build responsive and user-friendly applications using OutSystems.
4. Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
5. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures using SQL Server.
6. Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance.
7. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide accurate development estimates.
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
9. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
10. Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and other Developers.
11. Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and development decisions.
12. Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
13. Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
14. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements:
    

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET / .NET Core.
• Practical experience developing applications using OutSystems.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies, clean coding practices, and design patterns.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core is preferred.
• Experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Azure, or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• OutSystems certification and experience with Service Studio / Integration Studio are strong advantages.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise applications is a plus.
• Fluent/native Arabic speaker is mandatory, with strong English communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders and technical teams.
