” The Job Description”
1- Identify and target prospective clients, particularly large companies and organizations, who could benefit from our software products (Especially companies that have a Microsoft 365 license).
2- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
3- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and objectives.
4- Present and articulate the value proposition of our software products effectively.
5- Create compelling sales proposals and quotes that align with client needs.
6- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure win-win agreements.
7- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met during product delivery.
8- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
9- Leverage your expertise in Microsoft products, especially Microsoft 365, to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
10- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in our CRM system.
11- Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events as required.
Qualifications :
• Proven track record in sales of large software products to large companies or organizations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective product solutions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good understanding of Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft 365.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as Sales Account Manager (Software Products)
