” The Job Description”
- Examine and deeply understand existing software systems in place.
- Work on existing and new projects to collect and analyze business requirements.
- Lead the interaction and communication with the stakeholders to create BRDs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create Software Specifications that communicate and translate the business requirement into clear technical specs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business systems analyst.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Ability to deliver high-quality deliverable and artifacts including BRD, SRS, BPMN Process Models and more.
