Sr. Business System Analyst

” The Job Description”

1. Examine and deeply understand existing software systems in place.
2. Work on existing and new projects to collect and analyze business requirements.
3. Lead the interaction and communication with the stakeholders to create BRDs.
4. Collaborate with the technical team to create Software Specifications that communicate and translate the business requirement into clear technical specs.

   Requirements:
   

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business systems analyst.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Ability to deliver high-quality deliverable and artifacts including BRD, SRS, BPMN Process Models and more.
