ALM Specialist

” The Job Description”

1. Implement, configure, and support ALM, FTP, Liquidity Risk, and IRRBB solutions.
2. Gather and analyze requirements from Treasury, Risk, Finance, and IT teams.
3. Conduct client workshops and translate requirements into system configurations, calculations, workflows, and reports.
4. Manage implementation activities across requirements, design, configuration, data mapping, integration, SIT, UAT, and deployment.
5. Support data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and calculation troubleshooting.
6. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
7. Deliver client demonstrations, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
8. Support project reporting, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.
9. Travel internationally to client sites as required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of banking software implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience in ALM, FTP, Liquidity Risk, or IRRBB.
• Experience with Oracle OFSAA or a comparable risk management platform.
• Experience working directly with banking clients.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and data validation.
• Understanding of ETL/data integration concepts is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally to client sites.
