” The Job Description”
- Develop brand messaging, including slogans, taglines, and defining the brand’s tone of voice.
- Write content for social media platforms (posts, Reels, Stories, etc.).
- Create scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Brand Stories).
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for social media accounts.
- Propose creative content ideas tailored to each platform and its audience.
- Collaborate with design and motion teams to ensure content quality and visual consistency with the brand identity.
- Monitor content performance and suggest optimizations based on insights and results.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing or social media management.
- Strong writing skills in Modern Standard Arabic, English proficiency is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (CTAs, awareness vs. conversion, etc.).
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
- Ability to translate brand strategy and key messages into simple, engaging content.
- Ability to effectively use AI tools for content ideation, drafting, rewriting, and improving production efficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working with agencies or brands.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Basic skills in short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts) using tools such as CapCut or Premiere.
