” The Job Description”
1. Provide a second level of escalation (L3 support) for Office IT operations.
2. Proficient on supporting any on prem Active Directory, Provisioning related requests/tasks.
3. Works on assignments that are extremely complex in nature where a high degree of independent judgment, initiative and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems.
4. Works independently and has ability to handle most unique situations.
5. End to End ownership of One Identity Active Roles Service application, creating and maintaining the availability of the ARS functionality.
6. In addition to implement the business needs according to the process defined through demand/project and change management channels.
7. Manage the ARS backend services. Ensure to meet the systems availability for all the backend systems excluding planned outagedowntime. Follow-up on the daily health checks and fix issuesproblems once they appear on a serverservice. Insure to solve assigned Trouble Tickets (TTS) for the supported systems within agreed SLA.
8. Meet with customers at management and professional level on weekly bases; track complaints, requirements, and report.
9. Managing any crisis related to the system. Escalate to vendor and management when needed. Follow the crisis management process.
10. Notify & escalate status to the Technical Lead, Authentication team. Communicate with cross functional groups and committees as required to handle cross projects or issues.
Requirements:
1. BSC in Engineering or Computer Science.
2. Minimum 2 years IT working experience.
3. Strong experience in On Prem Microsoft Active Directory and DNS is mandatory.
4. Experience in provisioning and users lifecycle is a plus.
5. MCSE Certificate is a plus.
6. ITIL Foundation deep understanding is mandatory.
7. ITIL Service Capability OSA is a plus.
8. Experience in troubleshooting and strong PowerShell scripting is mandatory.
9. Experience in Microsoft solutions is a Plus like: Entra AD, MO365 licensing, Entra Provisioning,C2 General.
10. Reporting and analysis skills are preferred.
11. Experience in Windows Server 2016 or later is mandatory. Certificate is a plus.
12. Project management knowledge is a plus.
13. Interpersonal organization, Dedication, sense of ownership.
14. Ability to work within a team.
15. Excellent oral and written communication skills, Team Oriented.
16. Must have technical support experience via the phone and via direct customer facing.
17. Must have systems support experience, preferably in a large production environment.
18. Experience in working with professionals from other cultures.
19. Fluent spoken and written English.
