- Process sales orders and quotations.
- Generate sales reports and presentations.
- Maintain customer records.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience in cybersecurity.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- English command is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software *preferred Sales Force* is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
