” The Job Description”

  1. Process sales orders and quotations.
  2. Generate sales reports and presentations.
  3. Maintain customer records.
  4. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience in cybersecurity.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • English command is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software *preferred Sales Force* is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
