Sr. Application Management Specialist

” The Job Description”

1. To manage a group of technology services full life cycle, end to end, in coordination with Application Management team.
2. Core Applications: Knowledge of Oracle Flexcube is advantage and Knowledge of Card business and card management such as platforms. Knowledge of Euronet / AS400 platform is preferred.
3. Coordinate with technical services teams, Datacentre operations, external vendors, internal customers.
4. Handle escalation of issues, ideas, and requirements as well as identified opportunities as and when needed to realize the business value of managed services.
   
   Requirements:
   

• ITIL (preferred).
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience in related field.
• Extensive experience in application management, application support, business analysis or similar role within banking sector, financial services, applications vendors or related field.
• Good knowledge of SQL language, Database, basic knowledge of application servers, Operating systems and related technologies.
