” The Job Description”
- Assign, monitor, and track development tasks across the engineering team.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular performance and delivery reports to top management.
- Coordinate with the Product Manager to align delivery milestones with the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead , System Architect to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with coding,security standards.
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective use of Agile,Scrum methodologies to drive productivity and transparency.
- Facilitate communication across engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure smooth releases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software delivery, project management, or engineering management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
- Familiarity with software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS delivery models.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a focus on team coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage risks and resolve conflicts effectively.
