” The Job Description”

1.       Development and Customization:

a.       Design, develop, and maintain custom entities, fields, forms, views, and workflows within Dynamics 365 CRM.

b.      Implement and enhance custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom actions to extend CRM functionality.

c.       Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code using appropriate development tools and techniques.

d.      Collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality and best practices.

2.       Configuration and Administration:

a.       Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet clients’ business requirements.

b.      Manage security roles, user access, and permissions within the CRM system.

c.       Create and maintain system documentation, including entity relationship diagrams and data mapping.

3.       Integration and Data Migration:

a.       Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.

b.      Develop data migration strategies and perform data migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.

c.       Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data migration issues.

4.       Business Analysis and Functional Consulting:

a.       Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.

b.      Conduct process analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing business processes within CRM.

c.       Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure CRM accordingly.

d.      Assist in user acceptance testing and provide end-user training and support.

5.       Team Collaboration and Leadership:

a.       Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

b.      Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

c.       Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.

6.       Must to Have :

7.       A University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline.

8.       Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (D365) is desirable.

9.       Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM covering a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.

10.   Minimum 6+ years of relevant and proven end to end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, plugin development, report development is a must.

11.   Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, Project Operations, and Portals.

12.   Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI).

13.   understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including the customizations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.

14.   understand of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons.

15.   Experience in a delivery-orientated IT environment using waterfall, agile and DevOps methodologies.

16.   Adept at business requirement analysis, solution design, development, system verification and deployment strategies.

17.   Ability to see the bigger picture and suggest solutions both within and outside the current implementation.

18.   Experience in creation of demos, supporting pre-sales activities is an advantage.

19.   Business process mapping, Fit Gap analysis, work package estimation, work breakdown structure, modelling and documentation knowledge.

20.   Excellent understanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema and Business Data Model including the customization and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.

21.   Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and hyper care support.

22.   Experience in in Azure DevOps & CI/CD is a plus.

23.   Experience and understanding of .NET framework including extensive experience writing http://ASP.NET and C# code (not just limited to plugins/custom workflows) is a plus.
