1. Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and enterprise systems.
2. Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
3. Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
4. Design and optimize database structures and application performance.
5. Utilize AI development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve productivity.
6. Design and develop AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
7. Build integrations with LLMs and external tools.
8. Implement RAG-based applications and knowledge assistants.
9. Work effectively in a fully remote environment.
10. Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience delivering full-stack web applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools in daily work.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, agents, or workflow automation solutions.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Technical Skills:
- Front-End: React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Back-End: .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, Microservices.
- Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL.
- Cloud & DevOps: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- AI & Agentic Systems (Any of): OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering.
- AI Development Tools (Any of): Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Windsurf
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience integrating AI systems with ERP, CRM, or business applications.
- Knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Experience with MCP and modern AI integration patterns.
