” The Job Description”
- Building, installing, and configuring new Servers, instances, or databases with high availability options.
- Managing MW Servers, including hardening, patching, backup configurations, and security aspects.
- Resolving issues and incidents in line with SLA, analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and addressing problems.
- Providing suggestions and ideas for service improvement in all areas, including processes, partners, and technology/products.
Requirements:
- Solid technical expertise in multiple of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, MariaDB as well as REDIS and related products` support, design and implementation skills including performance tuning, data protection, clustering and mirroring, security and hardening.
- Knowledge of other RDBMS systems, application servers and other middleware products is a main differentiator.
- Good knowledge of Linux Operating system, knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, automation, and cloud native platforms is an advantage.
