” The Job Description”
1. Provide a second level of escalation (L3 support) for Office IT operations. Proficient on supporting any Office 365, Azure AD, Azure SSO applications, Radius clients, BigIP SSO apps and License assignments tasks.
2. Works on assignments that are extremely complex in nature where a high degree of independent judgment, initiative and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems.
3. Works independently and has ability to handle most unique situations. End to End ownership of Entra SSO applications, creating and maintaining the availability of the SSO functionality.
4. In addition to implement the business needs according to the process defined through demand and project channels.
5. Manage the platform backend services. Ensure to meet the systems availability for all the backend systems excluding planned outage downtime.
6. Follow-up on the daily health checks and fix issues problems once they appear on a server service. Insure to solve assigned Trouble Tickets (TTS) for the supported systems within agreed SLA.
7. Meet with customers at management and professional level on weekly bases; track complaints, requirements, and report.
8. Managing any crisis related to the system. Escalate to vendor and management when needed. Follow the crisis management process.
9. Notify & escalate status to the Technical Lead, Authentication team. Communicate with cross functional groups and committees as required to handle cross projects or issues.
Requirements:
- BSC in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years IT working experience.
- Strong knowledge in Active Directory, Entra Connect, Entra ID administration.
- Strong experience in Microsoft O365 products is mandatory. Certificate (MCSA) is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Entra ID SSO Integrations, SSO protocols and troubleshooting.
- MCSE Certificate is a plus.
- Linux knowledge for BIG IP devices.
- Microsoft O365 license hands-on experience.
- ITIL Foundation certificate is mandatory.
- ITIL Service Capability OSA certificate is a plus.
- ITIL Service Capability RCV certificate is a plus.
- Experience in troubleshooting and strong PowerShell scripting is mandatory.
- Experience in Microsoft solutions is mandatory like: Entra SSO applications, NPS, MO365 licensing, Entra Connect, Active directory and DNS.
- Experience in BigIP devices is a plus.
- Experience in Linux is a plus.
- Reporting and analysis skills are preferred.
- Experience in Windows Server 2016 or later is mandatory, Certificate is a plus.
- Project management knowledge is a plus.
- Interpersonal organization, Dedication, sense of ownership.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, Team Oriented.
- Must have technical support experience via the phone and via direct customer facing.
- Must have systems support experience, preferably in a large production environment.
