We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience of our digital products. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for the design activities from concept to execution, mentor junior designers, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to shape world-class user experiences. You must be passionate about solving complex problems through elegant design and confident in driving UX strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process for complex, user-centered solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and customer feedback to drive design decisions.
Create and maintain high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with business and user goals.
Develop and scale design systems and style guides to ensure brand and UX consistency across platforms.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product strategy.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executives clearly and persuasively.
Mentor and support junior designers, encouraging best practices in UX and UI design.
Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices in usability and interaction design.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
Deep understanding of interaction design, responsive UI, and accessibility principles (WCAG).
Strong experience in leading cross-functional design activities and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Ability to translate abstract concepts into elegant, intuitive user interfaces.
Experience with agile/scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or data-rich applications.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better design-dev collaboration.
Familiarity with UX metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail in typography, spacing, and composition.
Experience leading UX workshops, user journey mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
