” The Job Description”

1. Create engaging visual content for social media, digital advertising, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
2. Design marketing and corporate materials, including company profiles, brochures, product sheets, case studies, presentations, proposals, event materials, charts, and infographics.
3. Ensure all creative assets maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
4. Edit and produce both short-form and long-form videos, including social media content, product demos, customer testimonials, webinar recordings, and company profile videos.
5. Create simple motion graphics, animations, titles, subtitles, and other visual enhancements using After Effects.
6. Record and edit software screen recordings and walkthrough videos.
7. Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization for different platforms.
8. Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and creative assets for easy access and future use.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project briefs, deliver high-quality creative materials on time, and manage multiple projects while incorporating feedback and revisions efficiently.

Requirements: 

• 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Video Editing (experience can overlap between both areas).
• A strong design portfolio and video showreel/sample videos are required.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Average proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, and title creation.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to export and optimize videos for different digital and social media platforms.
• Ability to work from written briefs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and implementing revisions efficiently.
• Good command of English and Arabic, with the ability to understand briefs and create bilingual (English & Arabic) design and video content.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a technology or IT company.
• Basic knowledge of 3D design.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and video editing tools.
