” The Job Description ”
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across our channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Write captions and post copy in Arabic and English.
- Schedule and publish posts.
- Reply to comments and messages, and engage with our audience.
- Work with the designer on visuals and videos for posts.
- Follow trends and suggest content ideas.
- Track reach, engagement and follower growth, and report monthly.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years running social media accounts (agency or in house).
- Examples of accounts they have managed required.
- Strong writing in both Arabic and English.
- Familiar with the main platforms and their scheduling tools.
- A basic sense of what makes a post perform.
