3-Manage Development Activities:
• Lead and govern the full SDLC for HIS initiatives to deliver quality, secure, maintainable applications.
• Secure SDLC Compliance for 100% of releases
• Change Management: 100% of changes via CAB with rollback plans.
• Source Control Discipline
• Quality Metrics.
• Delivery Metrics
4-Integration & Interoperability:
- Ensure seamless, secure data exchange across HIS modules and external systems (labs, radiology, pharmacy, payers).
- Operate and harden the middleware/iPaaS.
- Govern API lifecycle.
- Collaborate with payers for e-Claims/e-Auth APIs.
- Standardize on HL7 v2/FHIR/DICOM manage interface mappings and terminologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in HIS support / hospital IT operations.
- Experience in support applications and systems in a healthcare environment.
- Experience working with EMR/HIS vendor.
