” The Job Description”
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- work collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers, and project managers.
- Applying strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus and ability to articulate design rationale in the context of business and user needs and business goals.
- Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups using Adobe XD, Sketch, figma(Must*).
- Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
- Convert user journeys into high fidelity designs and create functional prototypes.
- Identify design problems and friction points, and devise solutions while taking into consideration technical recommendations for front-end and back-end developments.
- Take a user-cantered design approach to design, and make data-driven decisions related to core and new features – present these decisions to different stakeholders when required.
- Collaborate closely with our product owners and software engineers to design our products and service by wireframing, prototyping and design blueprints.
- End-to-end user flows aligned to product requirements.
- Low-fidelity wireframes for early concept validation.
- High-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
- User journey maps and experience blueprints.
- Reusable UI components following the design system.
- Consistent application of typography, color, spacing, and components.
- Finalized design files ready for development.
- Annotated designs with states, behaviors, and edge cases.
- Participation in design reviews and sprint ceremonies.
- Alignment with Product Owners, Developers, and Business stakeholders.
- Timely incorporation of feedback and iteration of designs.
- Shared design decisions and rationale documentation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, locofy),
- Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Ability to articulate content into business language and presentation visuals
- Translate content into visual graphic and embed with business presentation.
