Project Management:

  1.          Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  2.          Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
  3.          Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  4.          Coordinate project resources, allocate tasks, and ensure effective communication among team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  5.          Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.

Solution Architecture:

  1.          Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
  2.          Design and architect scalable and sustainable Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
  3.          Develop and present solution architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and technical recommendations.
  4.          Collaborate with development teams to guide the customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 modules.
  5.          Ensure the adherence to architectural standards, data governance, and security guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  1.         Establish strong relationships with business users, executives, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  2.          Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  3.          Communicate project progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.

Quality Assurance:

  1.          Define and implement quality assurance processes to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  2.          Conduct thorough testing and validation of solution components to ensure they meet business requirements and architectural standards.

    Qualifications:

  •          Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  •          Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  •          Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Project Management and Solution Architecture.
  •          Proven experience as a Project Manager and Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 implementations, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
  •          Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
  •          Proficiency in solution architecture concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
  •          Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  •          Problem-solving abilities to address technical and business challenges.
  •         Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
