” The Job Description”
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients in the retail sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and drive upselling opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of retail management systems or POS solutions is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license and access to a personal car.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
