” The Job Description”
- Advise all contractors on HSE legal and OHSAS 18001/45001, EMS 14001 standards and client`s requirements to get the 100 compliance.
- Conduct OHS Risk Assessment based on (OHS & MS 45001)-MOD Requirements, and Quality Risk Assessment (QMS: 9001) for Various Projects and periodic review to find new risk and opportunities.
- Development and implementation of HSE plan, policies and procedures for all projects in currently in KSA in consent with Client). Responsible for HSE coordination in multiple projects in company.
- Ensure Compliance to PTW Procedure in liaison with Site Managers and Engineers with Proper Documentation and verification and it is ensured the all required controls are in place before starting of work.
- Supervising and the goal alignment of the Safety Teams working in east and West Region to achieve the compliance to Future Horizons HSE Plan and Atkins/FG Requirements.
- Maintain, Review and Update the Legal Register (external Origin Documents) as Per Legislation’s and Prepare Documents for Client`s Qualification Process as required .
- Maintaining and updating excavation activity with its relevant documents on site i.e excavation permits, site specific method statements, excavation checklist.
- Consult with Site Managers, engineers and maintenance personnel in the design and construction of equipment to ensure working equipment and tools are ergonomically compatible with employees’ physical abilities to increase productivity
- Continuous monitoring of fire safety requirements and implemented Precautions through daily inspection reports and HSE Analysis Data and the implementation of required corrections and corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with Faithful Gold /Atkins QHSE Department regarding the QHSE Activities across the Project to ensure smooth business Process.
- Continuous monitoring of All sites regarding the Emergency Preparedness with first Aid requirements and ensuring the implementation of All controls across all Active Sites.
- To Carry out accident/incident investigations and make proper notifications and recommend remedial actions and follow Up on Corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly HSE statics for All Active sites in central/East/West Regions and submit to FG QHSE Department and Quarterly HSE Analysis Report is Prepared and submit to General Manager.
- Ensures compliance with GPT. Riyadh Municipality ,Civil defense and Presidency of meteorology of Environment Includes written programs, record keeping, reports, inspections, monitoring, testing and training as per guidelines.
- Directs, develops and delivers environmental safety and health training programs to ensure employee’s knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Provides training and educational programs to supervisors, trainers and employees on all aspects of safety: NEBOSH compliance and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, proper bio-mechanical work habits and exercises to prevent injuries.
- Consults with Site Managers, engineers and maintenance personnel in the design and construction of equipment to ensure working equipment and tools are ergonomically compatible with employees’ physical abilities to increase productivity.
- Monitoring Site Traffic Management Road Safety Plan (STMRS) by following legislation and code of practice by TMWR (Traffic Management Works on Roads).
- Executing Site Traffic Management Road Safety Plan according to sites in lieu with civil works on road.
- Monitoring and inspection of sites regarding employees` welfare requirements and implementation of required actions accordingly.
- Adhering safety standards for excavation activities at site for OSP works and making sure Installation of ducts in excavation route are according to method statement and HSE Plan.
- Responsible for OSP (Outside Plant) and ISP (Inside Plant) safety of workers, contractors and Vehicles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or relevant field of study.
- Exceptional English written, verbal and presentation skills, Expert in Microsoft Suit, strong team Player, ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in HSE Field with Nebosh and Occupational health safety Management system Lead Auditor (ISO ).
- Position to be primarily in the field and Office Work together
