” The Job Description”
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Identify and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable tasks for the development team.
- Conduct market and user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, enhancements, and priorities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on strategic value and stakeholder input.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure that products meet all relevant standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Support Agile processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of overall experience (including 1+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role).
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in building mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Experience conducting user research and developing user stories.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
