” The Job Description”
- Perform System Testing of new applications and existing software enhancements to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Conduct Functionality Testing to validate that software meets business requirements and delivers expected results.
- Perform Regression Testing to identify potential impacts caused by software changes or new releases.
- Maintain and manage manual and automated test scripts and test databases.
- Collaborate with team members to identify, document, and verify software defects.
- Ensure all testing activities align with company quality standards and client expectations.
- Analyze design specifications to create comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and expected outcomes.
- Test bug fixes and validate that new changes do not introduce new issues.
- Update test documentation and test cases based on identified defects or requirement updates.
- Write and review detailed test cases, bug reports, and testing documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, processes, and methodologies.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potential issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good writing skills for preparing test cases, scenarios, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
