” The Job Description”

  1. Perform System Testing of new applications and existing software enhancements to ensure they meet design specifications.
  2. Conduct Functionality Testing to validate that software meets business requirements and delivers expected results.
  3. Perform Regression Testing to identify potential impacts caused by software changes or new releases.
  4. Maintain and manage manual and automated test scripts and test databases.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify, document, and verify software defects.
  6. Ensure all testing activities align with company quality standards and client expectations.
  7. Analyze design specifications to create comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and expected outcomes.
  8. Test bug fixes and validate that new changes do not introduce new issues.
  9. Update test documentation and test cases based on identified defects or requirement updates.
  10. Write and review detailed test cases, bug reports, and testing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potential issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good writing skills for preparing test cases, scenarios, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
