” The Job Description”
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product design and functionality.
- Create user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate product features and interactions.
- Ensure consistency across all platforms and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
- Present design concepts and user experience improvements to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and usability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proven experience designing for mobile applications and web platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
