” The Job Description”

  1. Performs pre-investigation data gathering and requirement analysis at the customer premises.
  2. Develops advanced solution architecture and review technical function specifies documents.
  3. Assists the customer in defining his business needs and choosing the proper solution.
  4. Reviews the estimates and sizes the customer requirements with reference to the pre-investigation and using the help of the technical /functional staff or third party, If necessary.
  5. Prepares and conducts presentation on the proposed solution if required by the customer .
  6. Receives assistance from development consultants and technical/functional staff to fill compliance sheets (if required).
  7. Support the responds to customer inquires to explain the proposed solution.
  8. Receives the request for proposal (RFP) from the presales manager and redirect it to consultation team after analyzing the RFP and convert it into components.
  9. Reviews the prepared technical write-up and the costing of the proposed solution.
  10. Ensures the RFP response integrity& review all the integrations &services required between the components of the solution.
  11. Reviews and updates the prepared technological trends analysis reports & new solution coverage report.
  12. prepares customer gap analysis & process mapping document.

Personal skills:

  • Excellent English and Arabic business and technical writing skills.
  • Team leadership.

Technical skills:

  • Extensive understanding of digitalization transformation projects /needs. Including workflow automation , RPA ,mobile APP (omni channel).
  • Understanding/exposure to utilities solutions including:
  • Customer care and billing .
  • Meter data management .
  • Work and asset management .
  • Mobile workforce management .
  • Network management system .
  • Knowledge emerging technologies like IOT, blockchain, advanced analytics & AI/ML ,5G, industry 4.
  • Knowledge of ITIL/PMP or similar practices .
  • Knowledge of BI , Data minig or similar practice .
  • Excellent pre-sales technical skills.
  • Existing customer exposure is essential .
