” The Job Description”

  1. Lead the requirements gathering session with the clients to analyze the AS IS Processes and systems and propose the TO BE Processes and solutions with a clear requirement to obtains the signs off from the client on the developed deliverable.
  2. Estimate the level of effort and skills/ seniority required for the fulfillment of the proposal.
  3. Estimate the hardware specs for the proposed solutions components.
  4. Develop the Technical Proposal to ensure total compliance to the technical aspects and review the overall proposal before submits by the presales team for further action to assure the consistence of the proposal.
  5. Develop the overall project scope of work breakdown structure, highlighting the interdependencies between the tasks and submits to the project manager.
  6. Review the applications and technical architecture deliverables throughout development testing to ensure quality and requirement tractability.
  7. Negotiate conflicts with relevant stakeholders regarding requirements and consolidates stakeholders agreed actions, and the final status and decision rationale for all requirements.
  8. Analyze the client business needs to define the required solution by segregating the solution components and their interaction and prepares and presents the required documents, presentations, demo and POCs.
  9. Act as the primary contact between the client and the implementation team to ensure proper understanding for the project requirements and scope.
  10. Act as a primary member of the solution team to develop the solution architecture.
  11. Review the training material and user manual and conducts package specific training for the client.
  12. Develop and review the SOW (statement of work) before signed.
  13. Evaluate vendors suggested by Presales Team.
  14. Review/Compile the compliance Matrix to demonstrate the Capabilities of the proposed IT Platform and submits presales team to compliable in the overall proposal.
  15. Supervise, review and approve the development of functional specifications related to the proposed applications and obtains the client alignment.
  16. Act as the technical expert on the project and resolve any issues if raised.
  17. Conduct awareness session to the project team to explain project scope and objectives.

Technical Skills:

  • A minimum of 7 Years of playing solution Architect role experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience writing any code such as and not limited to Java, C, C++,C#, VB. Net, Python, etc; databases like SQL Server/oracle; and Testing Tools experience of multiple full release cycles.
  • 5 or more years in developing solution architecture.
  • Expert in development life cycle management.
  • Aware by Agile methodology and has previous experience related to agile projects.
  • Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and methodologies.
  • Advanced in developing and managing large solution.
  • Expert in database concepts.
  • Advanced customer Management.
  • Expert Business Analysis.
  • Expert multi-tier distribution Technologies.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
  • Good demonstrated technical Leadership.
  • High Level and low-level design expertise.
  • Expert in software sizing and planning.
  • Expert in multiple business domains and industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of ETOM, TAM, SID , Open API is preferred.
