- Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Simplify and understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
- Gather, document, and analyse business software requirements based on the industry’s standard.
- Understanding and implmentation of the change management process through the lifecycle.
- Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Follows and adhers to the SDLC.
- Manages risk within each project.
- Uses the latest business analysis methodologies and techniques for an optimized and concice requirement.
Supporting users’ participation in deployments and implementation activities. - Implementing effectively communicating plan, status, risks, and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely manner.
- Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budget.
- Resolves issues and priorize along the process flow and escalate to propor channles where necessary to not pose an impact on deliveries.
- Analysing matrix into reports for major/medium projects with risk mitigation plans.
- Manages the feedback loop for up to date project trackers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Management Information Systems or related field.
- Strong analytical skills applied to understanding business functionality and translating them into application requirements.
- Ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations.
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products.
- Ability to partner with software engineers’ quality analysts to identify course of resolutions.
- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
- Modelling Techniques: Object Orientation analysis, UML (e.g., Use Cases, Activity Diagrams).
- In depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, RUP, and Waterfall).
- Demonstrated experience in writing software requirements and test specifications.
