” The Job Description”

  1. Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate, education, and government sectors.
  2.  Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, universities, training centers, corporations, and government entities.
  3.  Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market needs.
  4.  Prepare detailed business proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  5.  Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients to showcase the company’s e-learning products and services.
  6.  Stay updated on e-learning trends, competitor activities, and market developments in Saudi Arabia to identify new growth areas.
  7.  Meet or exceed sales and business development targets, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
  8.  Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market challenges.
  9.  Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.
    ” Requirements”
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning technologies, platforms, and instructional design.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and craft actionable strategies.
  • Visionary leader with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Culturally aware and adaptable to Saudi market dynamics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its impact on education and workforce development.
  • Experience working with B2B or government clients in the Saudi market.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM, or xAPI standards.
