” The Job Description”
- Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate, education, and government sectors.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, universities, training centers, corporations, and government entities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market needs.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients to showcase the company’s e-learning products and services.
- Stay updated on e-learning trends, competitor activities, and market developments in Saudi Arabia to identify new growth areas.
- Meet or exceed sales and business development targets, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market challenges.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.
” Requirements”
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- 5-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business growth targets.
- Strong understanding of e-learning technologies, platforms, and instructional design.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and craft actionable strategies.
- Visionary leader with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Culturally aware and adaptable to Saudi market dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its impact on education and workforce development.
- Experience working with B2B or government clients in the Saudi market.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM, or xAPI standards.
