1. Collaborate with the General Managers to accomplish business objectives and goals.
2. Partner with management to support IT and digital transformation strategy execution.
3. Participate in meetings alongside the General Manager to provide insights and updates.
4. Recommend improvements to enhance IT environment effectiveness.
5. Assess technology solutions to meet organizational needs and strategic goals.
6. Demonstrate a strong customer focus, working under pressure to meet internal and external client expectations.
7. Build effective relationships with executive stakeholders to address business challenges.
8. Exhibit strong leadership by guiding, developing, and mentoring department team members.
9. Display solid organizational skills, managing multiple projects effectively.
10. Oversee daily and weekly task reviews across departments.
11. Motivate cross-functional team members, resolve conflicts efficiently, and manage staff expectations to ensure quality results.

    Requirements:
    

• IT Bachelor/ MBA Master’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Saudi nationality requirement.
• Familiarity with international IT standards and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of information technologies and systems.
• Writing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
