1. 5–10 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
2. Proven ability to conduct risk assessments across various business units.
3. Experience in developing and maintaining risk registers, risk reports, and dashboards.
4. Deep understanding of ISO 31000 principles, including:
- Risk identification.
Risk analysis.
Risk treatment.
Risk monitoring and review.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and support the implementation of ISO 31000 standards.
6. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
7. Experience in policy creation, development, and implementation.
8. High attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
9. ISO 31000 Risk Management Professional Certification from a recognized certification body (e.g., PECB, G31000, or equivalent) – Required.
