IT Governance Specialist

” The Job Description”

1. Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks and practices in alignment with organizational goals.
2. Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 9001, ITIL, TOGAF, and COBIT.
3. Lead process design and improvement initiatives across IT operations and service management.
4. Coordinate audits and internal assessments related to IT governance and compliance.
5. Manage IT policies, procedures, SLAs, and ensure adherence across departments.
6. Administer or support ITSM tools (preferably Jira Service Management) for request, incident, change, and problem management.
7. Act as a liaison between IT and other business units to ensure IT alignment with business strategy.
8. Support the development and monitoring of IT KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
9. Guide the adoption of enterprise architecture standards using TOGAF principles.
10. Assist in vendor evaluations and governance requirements for third-party IT services.

    Requirements:
    

• Saudi national (required as per local hiring regulations).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or service management.
• Proven knowledge and practical experience with:
  – ITIL v4
  – COBIT
  – TOGAF
  – CUPID framework
  – ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO 9001 standards
  – Experience with ITSM tools, especially Jira Service Management (configuration, workflows, reporting).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance models.
