  2. Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.

  4. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  5. Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  6. Provide technical support for hardware, software.
  7. Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
  8. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
  9. Assist with IT projects and ensure compliance with IT policies.
