” The Job Description”
- Monitor Citrix infrastructure performance and health.
- Provide first-line and second-line support for Citrix user issues.
- Assist in user provisioning, application publishing, and session troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.
- Perform routine maintenance and patching tasks.
- Help maintain system documentation and inventory.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Citrix support or system administration.
- Familiarity with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, and Director.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
- Willingness to learn and grow in Citrix and virtualization technologies.
- Citrix associate-level certification (e.g., CCA-V) is a plus.
