” The Job Description”

  1. Requirements Analysis: Analyze government business requirements and document the gaps between current processes and Oracle EBS HCM capabilities.
  2. Implementation & Configuration: Lead and configure core Oracle EBS HCM modules (including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Learning Management, and Self-Service) to align with government administrative structures.
  3. Localization & Compliance: Ensure full system compliance with local Saudi regulations, including requirements from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), Pension systems, and GOSI, specifically for government entities.
  4. Customization & Enhancement: Design and document necessary customizations or extensions to meet specific business needs not covered by standard system functionalities.
  5. Support & Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide technical support and training to end-users within the public sector environment.
  6. Integration: Handle HCM system integration requirements with other internal and external systems (such as government budgeting or financial systems).

    Requirements:

  • Work Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience as an Oracle EBS HCM Consultant.
  • Sector Experience (Mandatory): Proven and extensive experience working on Oracle EBS HCM projects within the KSA Government sector.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in the configuration and support of the following Oracle EBS R12 modules:
  1. Oracle HRMS (Core HR).
  2. Oracle Payroll (with expertise in military salary and allowance regulations).
  3. Self-Service HR (SSHR).
  4. Oracle Learning Management.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. Military Experience: Prior experience working on or implementing Oracle EBS HCM projects within the KSA Military sector or related security entities.
  2. Additional Skills: Knowledge of reporting and query tools such as SQL/PL-SQL or Oracle Reports.
