” The Job Description”

  1. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  2. Create detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
  3. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, infrastructure, and QA.
  4. Monitor and manage project progress, risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.
  5. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  6. Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
  7. Ensure projects follow industry best practices and company policies.
  8. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with risk management, budget tracking, and resource planning.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
