” The Job Description”
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, infrastructure, and QA.
- Monitor and manage project progress, risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects follow industry best practices and company policies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with risk management, budget tracking, and resource planning.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
