” The Job Description”
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market share in the e-learning sector.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities in education, corporate training, and government sectors to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including educational institutions, corporate leaders, and government officials.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop actionable plans to capture market opportunities.
- Stay updated on e-learning technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and industry advancements to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track team performance using CRM tools.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives.
“Requirements”
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- 5-8+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in consultative selling and key account management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
