” The Job Description”
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development and process improvement.
- Design and recommend innovative solutions leveraging programming skills to automate and enhance business processes.
- Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Support project management activities, including scope definition, risk assessment, and timeline estimation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in business analysis in diffrenet domains.
- Strong ability to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence) and methodologies.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data and business processes with accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related fields.
- Knowledge of API development and integrations.
- Familiarity with databases and data querying (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
