” The Job Description”

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development and process improvement.
  2. Design and recommend innovative solutions leveraging programming skills to automate and enhance business processes.
  3. Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
  4. Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  5. Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
  6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  7. Support project management activities, including scope definition, risk assessment, and timeline estimation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

    Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in business analysis in diffrenet domains.
  • Strong ability to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence) and methodologies.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data and business processes with accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related fields.
  • Knowledge of API development and integrations.
  • Familiarity with databases and data querying (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
