Sr. Business Analyst

” The Job Description”

1. Promote proactive and positive interaction and communication between business and development teams, including resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict and helping drive projects forward.
2. Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
3. Stay current with Business needs and strategies, utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (emails, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, etc.) to communicate updates and findings.
4. Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process – when needed.
5. Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
6. Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations.
7. Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines especially for Business Analysis Stage.
   Requirements:
   

• From +4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Worked on Waterfall, Agile software development environment.
• Experience in Banking Products and Services (Retail/Corporate/Digital/Treasury/Open Banking), Core banking applications (T24), Accounting Cycle, Payment System, Digital Banking Channels (Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/ATMs etc.), Integration system, Reporting modules.
