” The Job Description”
- Manage and maintain Citrix CVAD infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Citrix Director, and Citrix Studio).
- Perform proactive health checks, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Lead upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams.
- Automate operations and improve system performance and user experience.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide escalation support and technical leadership.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years in Citrix VDI operations and engineering.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Citrix CVAD, Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Windows Server OS.
3. Knowledge of FSLogix, user profile management, GPOs, Active Directory, and ITIL process.
4. Citrix certifications (e.g., CCE-V, CCP-V) preferred.
