” The Job Description”
- Support the implementation and operation of the Data Management Office within the government entity.
- Apply national data governance policies and practices (as issued by SDAIA and Nadhee).
- Contribute to data integration, cleansing, and structuring initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and understand data requirements.
- Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and issue resolution.
- Document data sources, models, and standards to ensure consistency and reusability.
- Provide insights and support to enhance the quality and usability of data for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related fields.
- Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management.
- Understanding of SDAIA regulations and the “Nadhee” methodology is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team embedded in a government environment.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
