1-Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
2-Have an experience on the integration of ARIBA with SAP S/4 Hana.
3-Facilitate the rollout of new functionalities and ensure comprehensive user training.
4-Manage the upgrade and support of ARIBA systems, addressing both strategic and operational issues.
5-Troubleshoot and resolve ARIBA system issues in a timely manner.
6-Work closely with stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and challenges.
7-Develop procurement strategies to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.
8-Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
9-Keep abreast of ARIBA best practices and industry trends.
1-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2-Minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP implementation and support.
3-Strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies.
4-Experience with ARIBA Network, Sourcing, and Procurement Content modules.
5-Knowledge of integration points between ARIBA and SAP/other ERP systems.
6-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7-Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
8-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9-SAP ARIBA certification is highly preferred.
