  1. Analyzing internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes with a focus on technical enhancements.
  2. Developing business architect models aligned with the organization’s strategies and goals, and implementing visionary business objectives.
  3. Assessing systems engineering, talent acquisition strategies, and accounting models for potential weaknesses and inconsistencies.
  4. Proposing innovative cost-saving ideas within the realms of IT and technical leadership.
  5. Coordinating training programs to enhance employees’ technical knowledge and skills to drive future organizational growth.
  6. Conducting research in talent management specifically tailored to enhance the technical aspects of business operations.
  7. Offering guidance on business architecture and systems processing with a technical perspective.
  8. Ensuring the efficiency, security, and alignment with technical goals.
  9. Devising strategies for compliance architecture, including data storage, metadata management, and change control.
  10. Deciding on and implementing build-versus-buy strategies, mentoring technical personnel, and aligning with the overall technical business strategy.


  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a strong emphasis on technical aspects.
  • Experience with TOGAF.
  • Experience in system architecture is considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional technical, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on technical communication.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills in a technical context.
  • Proficiency in modeling and graphic representations, particularly with a technical orientation.
  • Flexible to travel for business trips.
