” The Job Description”

1. Provides governance and oversight of projects and small programs to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within approved time frame, scope, and budget.
2. Plans and on boards projects and small programs.
3.  Maintains and communicates overall portfolio financials.
4. Maximizes resource allocation based on availability and prioritized projects.
5.  Guides Project Managers and PCO staff.
6. Champions strong IT governance in the project management framework.
7. Oversees production of management documents (Project Charter, DOU, CTD).
8. Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal/external partners and sponsors.
9.  Manages project closure initiatives.
10.  Applies Agile project management principles to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, Information Systems, Technical, or MBA, Certifications: PMP, PMI, ITIL, CSM, CAPM, SPC, ACP, SCRUM, DAWIA, CMA.
  • Confluence, Planisware, JIRA, Familiarity with Microsoft applications, Understanding of SDLC, Experience with application/infrastructure support, Ability to handle capital and operating expenses, Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Business requirement management.
  • Experience:Design/architecture, RTB transition, Identifying and tracking project costs and budgets, Highly developed organizational and planning skills, Effective collaboration with senior staff and teams, Managing critical path issue.
  • Indian Nationality are preferred.
