  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS, industrial engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  2. Experience in business analysis, process documentation, and improvement.
  3. Proven experience in the creation and management of business process documentation including workflow diagrams, manuals, and process metrics.
  4. Experience with business process mapping and optimization, as-is and suggested off to-be.
  5. Cross-functional corporate working experience.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, PowerBI.
  8. experience with process mapping tools such as MEGA or Visio is a minimum.
  9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
