- Experience in business analysis, process documentation, and improvement.
- Proven experience in the creation and management of business process documentation including workflow diagrams, manuals, and process metrics.
- Experience with business process mapping and optimization, as-is and suggested off to-be.
- Cross-functional corporate working experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, PowerBI.
- experience with process mapping tools such as MEGA or Visio is a minimum.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
